Ruthless attitude

On the 22.01.2013 at about 1pm I got a call from Roxy who was asking when i will pay my absa account, I have made arrangements with her that I will pay end of January 2013. She went on and said to me I act like im in the soapy Generations, even the actors there speak better than I do. Said do I wanna pay the account or not, with that screaming in my ear. After numerous attempts asking her to speak to me properly she gave the phone the her manager Itumeleng, who i thought was rather polite. Whom i told what Roxy did and she put me on the speaker and they were laughing in the backround.
I'm sickened by the service given by the staff of De Wet Lyell Nel Maeyane!!! Its disgusting!!! And having read other peoples stories here, it shows that their customer service is pathetic!
I have worked with customer service before and I'm shocked how these people operate, knowing that the calls are recorded for quality and security purposes. I am disgusted!!!
