My Data Sim card spammed with demands

I have tried many times to contact VVM Attorneys to explain they have a wrong number but they keep sending sms's to my data card like this one:

Your TV Lic a/c 430485086 has been handed over to VVM. Contact us urgently to make a payment arrangement. Tel:0877401214.

Please send it the correct person! My data card does not have a TV...
