Corne Wilkens Attorneys
Administration Order gone wrong

In 2001 as a results of bad financial planning I requested to be placed under administration because I was unable to meet my living needs as I had Garnish Orders on my salary and every body that I owed was breathing heavily on my neck. I had an interview session with Corne' Wilkens Attorneys, they gathered information about my creditors, which overall the total was about R45000.00 then after considering my living expenses we agreed that I can only be able to pay R500.00 a month. Then they applied and successfully obtained an Administration Order from the Pretoria Magistrate Court. In 2011 my finances became better as I changed companies and I got promoted then I requested them to provide me with the statement showing all the balances which amounted to R26000.00 then I told them that I would like to pay that amount as a lump sum so that they can rescind the order, we agreed. I then transfered the sum of R26000.00 on the 13th June 2011 to their account. Then on June 2012 the case was rescind but now to my surprise the same creditors have traced me and they are demanding that I make arrangement to pay them as Corne' Wilkens never made the payments; so I am now puzzeled.
