I have been paying blue financial service account

I was paying blue financial service account but I was frastated when I asked for a blance on 22 May 2013 because April was suppose to be the las payment. The statement which was email to me on November 2011 the statement balance as at 2011/11/23 was R15092.01 and I was paying since then, but I was suprised to receive a stateme balance as at 2013/05/22 to be R24087.07 I am willing to provide you with the copies of both statements
