I have been handed over to Northern Attorneys by Standard Bank after not being able to pay my credit card after being retrenched. I've since not had any luck in getting much info from them, Balance, Statements, etc.
When trying to phone them I get told that they will contact me, this will be the the fifth time I've phoned and no resolution. not even Standard Bank Northmead Square can get hold of them on two occasions I went to the branch.
Faxing also doesn't seem to get there attention.
