I requested flowers and a gift be sent to my wife on Valentine's day and ordered long in advance. Not only did they up the order by only delivering half of what I ordered, but the delivery guy actually shouted at my wife! I explained the situation to Ryan Bacher, supposed Managing Director of Netflorist and asked for a refund as they did not keep to their promise of good service. He confirmed via email that I would be refunded in 2 - 4 working days. That was promised on 17 Feb 2013... 51 days later and still not a refund in sight. Even mailing them with a reminder on 11 March brought no resolution without even so much as an email. This is the 2nd year running where i have had issues with the company. Rather save yourself the heartache and go out and buy your significant other a gift personally... at least you can ensure they get what you wanted them to.
