An image containing 45 plus red roses appeared on their site advertising a valentines bouquet. The actual delivery boasted 12 wilted very sad looking roses at a super price of R500.
I have lodged a complaint directly to care@netflorist, so far not one person has taken the time to address my concern. Surely with the consumer protection act in force specifically providing for redress this matter would be awarded attention?
I am not asking nicely, but rather choosing to apply this right and demand a refund for pathetic service and false advertising.
