I herewith wish to let people know of the bad service delivery of My Gate. They follow up debit order payments on behalf of Company's and are supposed to pay over the money by the 07th of each month. It has been an ongoing schlep to call them and getting them to release the money owed to my Company in time for us to pay our service providers.
I am in posession of an email stating that money will be paid over on a certain day just to have to follow it up the day thereafter. When calling their office on 0215553260 the day thereafter, both people in charge of the daily runnings are off sick!!!
This is nothing short of as they have the money in their account and they get interest on it. Thid constitutes as breach of contract as well!!!
