What a rip off! No item nor money reimbursed

In November I paid for the Y-Pad & was assured that it would be delivered. Up until today I haven't received my item nor my money back as Finance is busy sorting out my payment since January. Whenever I e-mail them to follow up I get a generic response & then after that response the following e-mail gets sent to me:

Hi Shenaaz,
We are currently working on this.
Thanks

You guys are a bunch of rip off & I would not be shocked if you no longer in business & in financial difficulty.
