NO ASSISTANCE REGARDING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Good day, about a week ago I sent throug an e-mail advising that I was experiencing difficulty in making payment on my 2 loans accounts. I received no response to the e-mail. I did however receive a phone call from a lady telling me to make payment of at least a single instalment on both my accounts today, failing which my account would be handed over. In my e-mail I requested that I pay a reduced instalment on both accounts and that my arrears be rescheduled. This is due to temporary financial difficulty. The response was that this could not be done. I have managed to do this with my loan accounts with other providers. FNB is of NO HELP. Thank you for nothing.
