I have been without Wi-Fi since January 31st. I have relocated to another address, so I got a quote from Lebo Mzizi for R4,260.00. It was approved that I could pay this off over 2 years, as I'm a pensioner.
An incorrect quote was given to me, and I was advised that a new quote would be done. I tried to contact Lebo this morning, but there was no answer. I do online teaching and am losing revenue every day due to not having Wi-Fi. This is not acceptable as I'm paying for a service that is not provided to me.
I have contacted the billing department to let them know about the situation, and no one acknowledges my emails.
Please, can someone assist me with this problem as I'm very disappointed in Vodacom?
