Product that does not work

Bought a D-Link router as i have a 3g Telkom Clear Com phone and i need a wireless system to be able to connect my PC's as i work from home.
D-Link has no support as they claim as their unit does not work properly, they tried to fix it online but now worse. Their unit loses the signal, yet my Clear Com phone shows that the signal is still there.
They say that i should take it in so it can be sent away for repair or if they find fault they will exchange or reimburse.
What happens in the period it is gone? i loose business. will they compensate? NO.
However they said i can pay all expenses for the technician to come and look at it, that will cost me a fortune.
Since then i have now taken this up with Telkom and i am not the only one complaining their are several clients complaining of the same thing, even a IT Company has removed their D-Link system as they also had complaints.
D-Link? well i cannot and will not recommend it to anyone. What a waste of MONEY.
