Wow, [URL Removed] have really exceeded my expectations! I was wary of ordering online as I have heard of many instances where this ended badly for the consumer, but [URL Removed] prices are really reasonable and my daughter wanted a particular light they had on special, so I took a chance and ordered from them. I am blown away by the service I received, I had not received the light yet so I contacted the [URL Removed] call centre yesterday 12/12/2013 and spoke to Rudolph who was extremely professional and advised that he would do a follow-up and get back to me (I've heard that one before, so didn't have much faith), however I received an email this morning advising that the driver could not deliver as no-one was home but that he would ensure it was delivered today. Not even two hours later my daughter called to say the light had been delivered! A Big thumbs up to [URL Removed] and Rudolph in particular.
