Thought I will give online retailer a go. Most of the shoes I was interested in, not available. Ok, can live with this. But what I can't live with is the fact that you get a call from a company to say that they are on the way to do a delivery and then keep you waiting. Got a call from the Airport warehouse at just before midday to say they are heading straight away to my place. I rushed back home. And wait. And wait. And wait. Called at 14h30 the warehouse. Surprise. No answer. 14h50 I get a call from driver to say they are in the suburb next to mine and on the way. 15h35 I called the warehouse to state I can't wait any longer. The lady said she will get a manager to call. Nothing. Off course. Nope, Style36 won't see me again. Go to a normal shop, get in, buy what you need and walk out. No time wasting and no frustration.
