I recently bought an item from Style36 online. When it arrived it was a size to small and had to be exchanged. This was done without hassle or fuss. Best service I have received from all the SA online retailers. Only complaint-they phoned me in total about 5 times, with numerous emails exchanged. So just a tad over-efficient (not sure if that is negative AT ALL) but I will most definitely shop online from them again. Great reliable service.
