SPECIAL GIFT REQUEST IGNORED

My husband received a prosthesis from a supplier, who worked for more than 18 months and went to extreme lengths to make this possible for him. I wanted to surprise the supplier and his staff with a very special gift, and went onto the web page of Netflorist. I found 4 items, that I wanted to combine, and phoned in with my request. I received such a rude response, that I decided, to rather escalate my request to a manager, and send an e-mail to Gene Booysen on 30 September 2013, which was read on the same day. However, I received no feed-back. On Wednesday I forwarded the same e-mail to Gene Booysen again, and requested feed-back, and also left a message on her land line, which she never answers. The e-mail was read on Thursday, but yet, no response. Today Friday 04 October, I phoned the land line again, and left another message for Gene. I still only receive complete silence. This is a company, from which we always order corporate gifts for our functions and clients, we have a standing account with them, but receive only the silent treatment if we really need them.
