I have been with SuperServerDeals since April. The website hosting itself has been quite acceptable but the invoicing and administration is appalling. I sent them a contract/invoice/payment summary on 25 Sep with a high importance mark to review and correct my account status for two websites they are hosting for me. In spite of a subsequent request I have not had any response and am worried that my service could be terminated at any time.
