I have emailed the customer service with inquiries several times, they simply do not reply? Terrible service, very very poor communication, as an eCommerce site the most significant part of online trading is communication to customers!
My question is, when can I expect delivery? Have you received my payment? According to the order status online it reflects that the payment has not yet been received, yet was done 48 hours ago - no doubt in my mind that the payment has cleared by now.
