Being a regular online shopper, this was the first time that 36boutiques had let me down with regards to my purchase. My order could not be tracked and as a result my frustration grew, however Miriam Bracht with her brilliant customer service, attitude and understanding really impressed me. Not only did she constantly update me but also arranged for the order to be delivered to me after hours to meet the delivery time deadline.
She is an absolute asset to 36boutiques with a customer service manner that should be emulated throughout the retail industry. She made it clear that as a customer, I was the number one priority.
After initially giving up on 36boutiques, I will now always get my fashion fix from them!
