I first had an issue with a sale they had on, I contacted them and they immediately gave me a voucher worth the discount that I would have received. I ordered my clothes and realised they would only arrive once I was away. thus I contacted them once again and there brilliant costumer care team organised a weekend shipping for me.
I was helped my a man by the name of Jason who was very friendly, helpful and patient. He sorted everything out for me. My order was meant to arrive on saturday but due to courier faults it never. I called them and they said they would organise it to be dropped at my hotel in Cape Town. I said thats fine.
about an hour later a lady by the name of miriam and a man john called and said my products were on my way to my house.
They arrived 30 minuets later. Everything was perfect.
Style 36 went the extra mile to get costumer satisfaction. They organised early shipping for me and when issues popped up they sorted them out quickly.
Overall it was a brilliant experience.
