I recently had to make a larger quanity purchase on Netflorist on behalf of my company - and ran into some difficulties. I contacted the call centre and Clyde answered and within the day presented me with a solution and ensured that everything was sorted - making the large purchase so easy and painless for me. He even proactively called me to give me an update and did the purchase on my behalf to make it quicker.
