I placed 3 orders with the seller, after finally getting the items 2 were broken and the supplier send the incorrect colour item, after I specified and requested very nicely before hand to ensure I get the correct item.
Supplier was very 'nice' about everything, even though I was annoyed that I had to make the effort of repacking and standing in a queue to send it back, she would refund me. As she requested I supplied the tracking number and my banking details. She emailed me on 21 June 2013 to confirm the refund was done for R390.00 - but I am still waiting. I made contact with her again last Thursday and she apologised and promised to look into the matter immediately. I have not heard anything again and she is ignoring all my emails and sms's. I want my money to be paid in immediately at a branch where I bank as it needs to reflect ASAP.
