I just want to say that my experience with 36 Boutiques (now 36 Style) has been nothing but out of this world. From my first contact with Guiddo via the live chat app on their website, through to my latest order placed yesterday, he has shown nothing but excellent levels of customer service by helping with placing my order - this attention to service is what most customers dream of getting. My thanks also goes to Megan who assisted me last week when I incorrectly entered my card number, she still ensured that my first order went through without any further hiccups. I was further blown away that my order arrived the same day - I have never experienced such efficiency. Lastly I would also like to thank Dwight, who spends his day driving the length and breadth of Cape Town delivering the orders, for having such an upbeat and friendly nature is again testament to the way you regard and treat your customers, your professionalism shines through. All I have left to say is give 36 Style a chance - you will have nothing to regret, and the bonus is that the range of products on their website is amazing - well done guys, you should be very proud of yourselves. :o)
