Speedy assistance grestly appreciated

We had internet faliure on which my business relies very heavily - on a Monday morning when we all had a lot of processing work to do. Called Enrico at Etime with the problem - he was of great telephonic assistance and when he could do no more sent a team out to us. We are on a farm 50kms away and often get neglected by service providers. However the Etime team of Willis and Shandre arrived 40 minutes later and sorted out our issue as well as other items that we have been wanting to sort out for a while. They were most helpful and we are really happy with their service ethic and focus
