It's taking 6 Months to finalise a PMA report

I work for an Advisor at Old Mutual, a client of ours wanted to start a Life Cover, now the client went to him to do a Medical Report for our offices to issue the case, that was a month and a half ago, we are still waiting for the PMA report. we usually send out client's to another doctor and we receive these kind of reports in 2 - 3 working days. there arent that mant people a dr sees so that they cant even complete some documentation that we already supplied, and he only needs to fill in the documentation.
