I have been trying to cancel the membership that i have as i have received a learnership at work and that will make me to be in johannesburg for a year without travel. i have tried since february to cancel the membership as i will not be able to travel and it will be of no use for this year. but needless to say i have not been helped at all. i have now resorted to goto the umbudsman and if that will not help, i will have to contact a lawyer as i have all the correspondance that have been sent since inception. what does one need to do to get service and to be understood.
