I have been trying since 12 March to get my Fedhealth claims sorted out, as the physiotherapist was paid from my savings and not my hospital. Due to this other accounts could not be paid. Also, my MRI has not yet been paid as the previous person I spoke to never put it through for re-processing. Finally yesterday, after battling for a month and speaking to various people at the call centre, I spoke to Banica and my account is now sorted. I received all the mails telling me that everything are now being re-processed and fixed. Thank you Banica for you wonderful service and extra effort in assisting me.
