For over a month I was trying to load a new beneficiary to my profile & after dealing with numerous frustrations regarding resending documents etc and incompetent employees that displayed a "I don't care attitude" I had the pleasure of dealing with Nhlanhla in the call centre. When I contacted customer support today I was VERY angry and ready to fire off on the phone however this gentleman calmly handled my call, he is empathetic and has such a wonderful customer focused attitude. He sorted out the issue within 20 minutes and assured me that my application would be escalated to his team leader. Please commend this employee for his outstanding attitude, he should be an example to the rest of the team.
