The Terms of Collection of hired goods not clea

I complained in an email about the absence of clarity around office hours and collection times but mostly about the attitude and rudeness of the person who I dealt with when I asked them to collect the goods after the Event. I am happy to forward that email to you.. for now, I include his response below:

I will respond to your reply as briefly as possible. The person that you spoke to on all occasions is none other than myself. I also did the delivery and collection myself. As for the caterer in question, ask him for the
real reason for ending our relationship. It was ended by myself, and if he is honest he`ll tell you exactly what transpired. For 27 years I have always given my best, hence the reason for my continued success.
There is however a limit as to how far I am willing to meet my obligations without having to succumb to unreasonable demands. If my best is not good enough for you then I suggest you find yourself another supplier.
I now regard this matter as closed and will enter into no further correspondence or verbal contact with you.
