I have submitted two claims, one on the 11th of February and one on the 7th of this month. Both were for the speech therapist we use for my autistic sons therapy.
Neither claim has been settled completely.
I have made at least nine telephone calls, spoken to at least six agents, two specialists and one customer care agent on the process.
I have tried to submit a complaint but the email address given to me by their call center does not exist.
The service and attitude from the staff has been shocking.
