I sent a claim on the 4 March 2013 but when i call to follow up on my claim they would tell me they have escalated it to the claim department (i made 3 Attempt to find out why it was not processed) but Olivia Plaatjies make sure that she followed up with correct people and came back to me to tell me the reason for my claim not being captured on the system.
