I have since March tried to submit a claim to bonitas!!! I have about X8 Reference numbers, and different names that assisted me at different times. However, I could not get confirmation from people as to why my claim was not being paid out. I was in the end assited by the BEST WORKER IN THE FIRM (Mandy Mdakane) she explained to me the reason for non payment, and made calls to the Dr. rooms to get correct Codes. My claim will now be paid after 3 months!!
