The main member and myself went for a Nutrition assessment on the 4th of February. The Nutritionist was unable to upload the information on her-side to your system and scanned the documentation and sent it through to us which we then forwarded to Vitality. We have emailed about 6 times, made many calls, have been told that the problem will be sorted out and that we will be notified and called back. It is now the 13th of March, no points have been awarded, our emails are ignored and no one comes back to us. We have emailed proof to you, we have paid R500 for this assessment and the nutritionist has confirmed that we were there. What is the problem? Why do you not come back to us? WHY IS IT SUCH A MISSION!!!
Why did we pay R500? for what exactly? No points have been awarded in over a month despite informing you of it and sending all relevant information through.
The nutritionist has informed us that she has tried many times to get assistance from your side but you have not helped her.
