Website inquiries is false

I want to query why |I am being charged above medical rates, came to their website and find that it will not allow you to send an internal email to them through their website. I am presumption in assuming this way they get less inquiries/complaints and the individual gives up in frustration. This is unfair and dishonest and always unnecessary from a big company. It is a shame
