My child died of hunger, my wife is dying and I'm eating my colleagues at work! I have sent a claim on Monday the 4th of march and 6 days later no respond, no notification of processing or funds in my account. We called the call centre in the week and Friday nite the 8th of march, first to be told that the claim has not been processed yet, and then a call back to say sorry I didn't look properly the claim was paid and will be in your account tonight that was Friday Nite the 8th, still no funds, still starving and walking to work, person spoken to was thufo!
The claim is for R 3700 that is someones salary or in my case my food and petrol money, i cant see why i must fight for the refund if i pay my instalment every month, and the funds are in my savings. i wish the claim was for R200 so that i could tell you to stick it up your useless!
I have never dealt with such a useless, unprofessional and company, not even a spaza shop in the bushes treats their clients like this.
