Invalid Claims Discovery Assume is Valid

On the 26th of January my wife and I went for a fitness assessment at the
Centurion Wellness Center of Discovery.

My wife was not allowed to do the assessment thus only I did the assessment
and paid the R185 that morning.

Thus, there should have not been any claims for that day but for that day
four claims had been made by Kaelo Consulting:
1. R190 - for myself
2. R190 - for my wife
3. R135 - for myself
4. R135 - for my wife

After numerous emails to Discovery and their department Discovery maintained the claims was valid. Finally last week Kaelo Consulting phoned me and realized they did submitted invalid claims.

BUT, the claims has still not been reversed.
