I'm so very irritated and disappointed with the poor service my daughter (a minor) got today at Sunward park hospital casualty. How can they leave a minor behind the screen without attending her and not even explaining what's going for more than 40minutes? Is the money I'm paying not good enough for her to get good service like any other patient? The sister didn't even know which room she was, what the hell. They are just sitting and doing nothing, not all of them who was on duty was attending to whatever emergency.
And the other sister by the name of Puletso also came and didn't do much to assist. Not even the decency to explain what's going on or what's the delay nothing. I'm gatvol now with the Sunward Park hospital as if we are getting the service for free.
