This lady is one of the best employees of Medscheme, realy. Her SERVICE IS AMAZING.Always patient, no matter how difficult the query can be, and again she is very PROFFESIONAL.Such people are an asset of the company, they are realy needed. I feel she must be promoted to a trainer, she must train all the client services staff of Medscheme. She really deserves more. What l like about her again is she knows and understand the product.
