I logged onto Fedhealth's website to check out a detail regarding my cover and the option that I was on. A screen popped-up and a customer agent asked me what he could help with. I typed out my query and he asked to confirm my details, responded to my query immediately while still on the site. I find this very convenient - there are so many websites that you have to struggle with to find out a simple detail and I found this refreshing and easy! Well done :)
