I went for an eye test in October 2013, I asked them if it was possible to try contact lenses, I am tired of wearing glasses. They gave me a pair of lenses that was not suitable. I went back and they told me they will order me a pair of multi-vocal contact lenses that was supposed to be here in a weeks' time. After a week I phoned them and they said it's not there yet, because it is coming from overseas. After a week I phoned again and the one lady was quite annoyed with me, she told me that they will phone me, I must not phone them. So I left it and waited. It is already end of January, so I decided to phone them last week Friday 24th January. The lady told me it still has not arrived; she will let me know that same day before close of business what is taking them so long. I cannot wait any longer, at this stage I can see better without my glasses than with them
