I visited Lancet Femina on Wednesday 18 December on my way to work and was assisted by Sonja. I was very impressed with the level of service offered.
Sonja was very professional, friendly and she explained everything she was doing from start to finish. Whilst I thought that was all I was further delighted because the results were back today just in time before my doctor goes on leave.
Please let Sonja know that she is doing a brilliant job and she must continue to give the same level of service by treating customers with care, respect and dignity.
