My mom Lorraine Jacobs was admitted to the clinic on Saturday 2-2-2013. She suffers from a chronic chest problem. Since she has been admitted not one staff member my sister spoke to in the relevant ward could give any feedback regarding what the diagnoses and course of action would be. The mentality of the staff also leaves much to be desired due to the fact that my mom can hardly be heard when she speaks on a healthy day, no she is sick, disorientated but when you call the hospital to inquire about her condition they ask you if you would like to speak to her. Really? It seems if the bed is booked and the group collects the job is done. My mom has been in and out of several medi clinics the past 13 years, and this is the only bad experiance we have had. Please get your act together.
