No compassion

I have stayed at the city lodge many times but never again. At the time of the incident I was not. My 4 year old desperately needed the toilet and the closest at the time was City lodge so I rushed in and asked if my toddler could use the loo and the receptionist replied " this is not a public toilet use gateway" and my response to her was that it's for my 4 year old. I am disappointed at the service.
