Ooked from 22nd-25dec - dirty chalets, no one come to clean unless u call - they only have a mop, no broom - we had to clean the chalets ourselves - they use same cloths to clean everywhere - fly infested chalets 65/66 - u could not leave any food out - could not even braai properly because of the huge number of flies - used 2 cans of insecticide - grass at knee height all around the units - my mom struggled to move to the unit and car - only cut the day we were leaving - the roads in the resort have huge potholes and some parts are completely washed away - the guard refused to let us park in the disabled parking close to the casino even though they could see my mom used a walking stick - the stay was unsatisfactory for a 3 start resort - I've stayed in much bette
