My daughter stayed at the Bayview Hotel during Plett Rage. Although the room was booked and fully paid for 6 months in advance, the hotel still demanded that she pay, upon arrival, a breakages deposit of R1500. It has been three weeks since her stay, and even after numerous emails and telephone calls, the deposit has still not been refunded.
