A word of warning to anyone considering signing up with Goglam - it is a shockingly dishonest company that is only interested in extracting as much cash in as many undercover ways as possible. They insist on doing all business over the phone (even requiring you to pass on your banking details over the phone)/ They claim to record their calls, yet when you ask to revert back to a recorded call they will make up some excuse as to why they cannot source that record. They do not respond to emails (I have 5 unanswered emails and have received no response in 3 days despite a promise that they would get back to me today), and they cover up their terms and conditions - only sending these through once they have your bank details. They also hide the fact that they will penalise you R800, 00 if you cancel your membership within 24 hours (a fact that is not conveyed over the phone nor in their terms and conditions. I had to ask about this 3 times before I got an honest answer). I have been trying to cancel my membership since Tuesday and it is now close of business on Friday and they will not assist me nor will they respond. A MASSIVE - don't fall for it.
