Bad service from the Case Manage

I called into discovery health yesterday at about 9h20 to find out whats causing the delay with my application. booi was Thuli Makhama cold abd rude. i am wondering if she well trained to be in that department. Discovery train your agents or so called case managers well. Thuli your rude and no empathy at all.you should re look within you if you deserve to b in that department, your heartless.
