Booked into knysna chalets late October and since we arrived Claude and Sannette really went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Even when it rained Claude saw i struggled a bit with the fire i wanted to make to braai and he came to me without me asking and organized a weeber so i could braai under a roof - he even organized firewood - and plenty of it Their kids are just as owesome - you really have got two wonderfull children - they were so friendly and my daughter enjoyed them allot.
My children absalutely loved it there as did we - All information and what things there is to do around the area were given to us - I just mentioned a little of what they did for us - They are truly amazing. The people of first resorts can be very thankfull to have them running the place - you will not get better people than them - from all the places i have been - you guys truly are the gem of them all.
