It is scary thought to think of any industry whether medical, hospitality, laboratories (providing a simple service) can not even lift up a phone and contact a client.
For some reason they believe post is a form of communication and with the current structure of SA's post office come on its ridiculous.. When you complete these (blood tests) documents you provide an email and cell (even their legal department phones you) but yet the actual provider hands you over with the details provided... Pathetic!!!
Then to top it off an admin fee by there legal department is added... where the councillor is more rude than anyone else and cuts you off
I cannot believe this and I can just hope that a lesson is learnt perhaps they should contact Lancet for guidance!!
