Extremely disappointed once again

I went to see Zambesi Specsavers for new contact lenses in November 2012. I called before I went to the supplier and was advised that there where still benefits left. I then received an invoice for R1 336 from Specsavers stating that the account was rejected. But the claim was never submitted by them, LONG story short, I then advised Siyasanga Magaqa to settle account out of my Bonus Plus as no one is taking responsibility for the up and I still had funds in my Bonus Plus (as Bestmed could not pay the account out of my benefits that where still AVAILABLE as the account was like 4 months late due to the fact that it was never submitted by Specsavers)

today I received an sms from debt collectors advising me that the account has been handed over for collection. Because people did not do what they where suppose to, I am once again being penalized.

I did more then my share. I once again contacted Bestmed, they said, oops, it was never paid, but they did put a note to pay the amount of R1 336 out of my Bonus Plus Account.

I then asked if they will confirm, she only gave reference number, I asked for the e-mail address of a manager, then she could not hear me and put me on hold.
